It's not a easy to be someone not tall.
Self challenge started from this second, won't have any workout session within this half year.
Workout? No.
Dumbell? No.
Eat less? No.
Continue short? No.
Only jumping practice, swimming, badminton and other sport that won't affect height growth allow within this half year.
I don't care how fat I might grow if don't control my meals.
Fat won't be a problem, since I used to be fat, but I don't wanna miss any chances that my body can grow with the foods nutrition.
Must increase protein and calcium intake.
Wanna to see will miracle happen within this half year.?
An increase of several centimeters is enough.
At least I can tell other I'm 17x, not 16x.
